Just wondering...

okay, so I'm still new to blogger so if ya'll could comment and give me some tips, like i want to add different sections to my blogs like: quotes, daily stuff, picture, etc. and i was also wondering how it is that i get 23 views in an hour and a half at 3 in the morning? like seriously.
